1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the QTour website (www.qtour.net) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

QTour provides private China tour services including but not limited to:

• Custom itinerary planning and consultation
• Private guide and driver services
• Hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements
• Entrance tickets and activity bookings
• Optional photography services

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: a booking is confirmed only after we receive your deposit and send a written confirmation.

• A deposit (typically 20–30%) is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before tour commencement
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus administrative fee
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: no refund

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

5. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Political situations or government restrictions
• Unforeseen circumstances affecting safety
• Vendor availability issues

We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives and notify you promptly of any changes.

6. Liability

QTour acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Third-party service provider failures
• Personal injury or property loss during tours
• Travel document issues (visas, passports)

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all clients.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of QTour and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the competent court in Beijing, China.
